    BIDDING:
Note that bids cannot be withdrawn once received and winning bidders are legally bound to pay for and collect their goods. We auction goods on behalf of other customers and failure to pick up wins deprives the owner of a sale as well as the second highest bidder in the auction. All bids must be in by closing date. Please bid by item number and artist name and observe MINIMUM bids. In the case of a tied bid the first bid received shall win. Review this site regularly for the latest auction, or if you wish you can join the mailing list by submitting your details for follow up when a new auction is posted.

NOTIFICATION OF WINS, PAYMENT & POSTAGE:
One week after closing date. Payment for winning bids must be within two weeks of notification and payment must be made in Australian dollars. Payments made by credit card will be processed first. Postage and packing is extra (if applicable). We assume no responsibility for lost mail.
*NOTE: New postage and insurance rates & maximum compensation by Australia Post is now $50
If you require registered post the cost is $1.80 (this provides a maximum of $100 cover if lost or damaged, offers a unique identification, and proof of posting when lodged over a post  office counter).
Additional insurance cover can be arranged through Australia Post if in excess of $100 (i.e. Registered post)
Cost : $1 per $100 or part thereof,  and up to $5,000.

    GRADING:
Records have been graded visually. If there are two gradings - cover first/record second. All E.P.s, 7” & 12" singles play at 45 RPM unless stated otherwise.
